Sexy and I Know It Workout

I had to create this workout after seeing LMFAO’s Sexy and I Know It (I Workout) video. (It’s so funny!)

It’s a super quick warmup routine but if you do it 5-10x through you will get a great sweat out of it! You can even add this as a supplement to running a 8-10 minute mile or another cardio workout such as the Guts, Butts, and Thighs Workout. :)

Get Rid of Cellulite Workout

tried a cellulite blasting workout which was awesome! I feel it so bad in my legs, butt and, hammys! It targets legs, glutes, and a bit of abs, back, and arms. If you do the movements back to back with only a 10 second break in between it should be pretty heart pumping!

Here is the breakdown of exercises:
1. Walking Lunge 60 secs (Targets quads and glutes, but always suck that belly button in to keep your core engaged and prevent injury)
