Sexy and I Know It Workout
I had to create this workout after seeing LMFAO’s Sexy and I Know It (I Workout) video. (It’s so funny!)
It’s a super quick warmup routine but if you do it 5-10x through you will get a great sweat out of it! You can even add this as a supplement to running a 8-10 minute mile or another cardio workout such as the Guts, Butts, and Thighs Workout.
