San Francisco and Pop Pilates Meetup
From all the updates on Facebook, you probably know I went to San Francisco for Cassey’s first ever POP Pilates Meetup. Seriously, I had never traveled, to describe simply… workout. Addicted to exercise? I think so!
I loved this trip!
I don’t even think I hesitated for a bit to travel for this event! It was a must, and of course just had to support Cassey!
Off we went on December 2nd! Btw, we saved travel money from Priceline! woohoo for cheap deals!
Here is John and I at the BART Station. We love the transportation system of SF!
After arriving and settling down, we decided to traverse the city!! Here we are in Chinatown. We had so much fun taking weird pics as you can see. Well at least I did.
Finally a normal pic! Haha!
So now off we go to the direction of Food! We decided to go to the King of Thai.
Pad See Ew! Mmmmm…. Sweet, salty, and oh so good. I give it a 5 Stars, and plus they had extra crushed peanuts a the table. I love any type of crunchy things so that’s a plus for them.
Beef soup! This was ok. Too thick for my taste! And kind of salty!
Fried Rice! SOO GOOOOD…
As you can see we decided to go with carbs, carbs, carbs.
At least we will be working it off at the POP Pilates event the next day!!
John is a Happy Camper!
Lights are so pretty this time of the year in SF.
Here are John and I enjoying the Christmas Decor in Union Square. It’s so festive! Hope you don’t mind the cutesy pic!
“Take a pic of me like I’m having fun!” Hahaha.
After this we walked back to our hotel, slept, and got ready for the POP Pilates Meetup!
The next day, we were rushing to our bus, but had to take a pic of this place. “What’s UP DOG?” So funny! I didn’t know this place existed.
It really felt like we were on the Amazing Race, as we backpacked through San Francisco. Why working out is so important? We were running everywhere! If I didn’t ever do cardio, I would be totally out of breath!
After a long adventure in the city, we finally got to Sports Basement, and they have a great selection of Sports Gear!
This is sooooo cute… I want it!
Here’s Jackie and I helping out Cassey set up some stuff. Look at that table Miracle Noodles behind me! We started the blogTV meetup and got to see all the Ambassadors! It was so cool!
I saw Vanessa, Lea, Sara, Kajsa, Becky, Cari! So cool!!! Cassey was so excited, as she jumped in her booty shorts! LOL!
And then it began….
Here is the POP Master teaching in action.
Vanessa looking cute with her matching Muffin Top and Mat.
Trying to look cute as my bum is burning.

We had to do this!!! Lookin’ so fierce aren’t we?
Awww, yay this was the whole group. Btw, Tammy was also another SoCal local who flew in!
After the event we went for a 10 mile walk to Gracias Madre because we’re super fit. Just kidding it was more like a 2 mile walk! haha. It’s a vegan Mexican place. SO TASTY! Thanks Romena for leading us here!
The group.
Enchilada Special!! Super tasty!
Afterwards we met up with a friend of ours!! <3 She has a Muffin Top shirt now! YAY! I can’t wait for my friends to get theirs! I want to post the pics up here asap!
Here is the end of our day, and I’ll end it with the Christmas tree in Union Square. It’s so pretty!!
Overall this trip was amazing! John and I were so happy to go and just being with Cassey and her buds were super motivating to reach for the stars. She really embodies the true entrepreneurial mindset. I feel like she gives so much to all of us, and we want to give back tons of love and support. All I can say is I learned a lot from her!
